Additional Information:

Construction of building includes the full installation of double glazed doors and windows, cabinetry, finishes, reclaimed wood siding, roofing, radiant heat, hot water heater, and utilities.

Items not included are site work (including, but not limited to, driveway, paths, and site utilities), building foundation, drainage, appliances, permit fees, and fees involving construction inspection, approval, and final occupancy. Cross country trucking will be an additional cost.
